Rollxo maintains a robust KYC program to verify player identity, ensure secure transactions, and comply with applicable AML laws. This policy governs the collection, verification and processing of personal data and documents required for identity and address verification, and related monitoring activities.
KYC verification becomes mandatory when a user has an aggregate lifetime total of deposits exceeding EUR 2000 or submits a withdrawal request of any amount on Rollxo. For users operating in other currencies, deposits are converted to the applicable currency and the threshold applies to the equivalent value.
Users required to complete KYC must provide:
Rollxo may additionally request income proof or documentation showing the source of funds and details of the payment method used for deposits as part of AML checks.
Upon submission, documents are reviewed by Rollxo KYC personnel. The user receives a status of Temporarily Approved. The KYC team has up to 24 hours to review the materials and notify the user of the outcome, which will be one of: Approved, Rejected, or More information needed. If more information is required, the status remains unchanged until the additional documents are provided.
While under Temporarily Approved status, the account may be used for normal activity subject to deposit and withdrawal restrictions. Deposits are limited to EUR 500 in aggregate across all deposits, and withdrawals are not permitted until full KYC is completed.
If a deposit was made with a bank card, Rollxo may request copies of both sides of the card for verification. The CVC/CVV code must be redacted. The name on the card must match the Rollxo account holder. Rollxo may verify ownership without retaining full card details beyond what is necessary for the check.
Rollxo may request proof of income, the payment system used for deposits, or other documents necessary in each case to satisfy AML and compliance requirements. In some circumstances a video or telephone interview may be conducted as part of verification.
Rollxo may require a video or telephone interview to complete the verification process. The interview will be conducted by authorized personnel and treated as part of the KYC evidence.
Rollxo processes personal data solely for the purpose of identity verification and AML monitoring, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Rollxo privacy policy. Personal data is retained for as long as required by law or internal policy and accessed only by authorized personnel.
If the KYC verification is unsuccessful, the reason will be documented and a support ticket opened. Rollxo will communicate the reason and provide guidance on corrective steps or re submission of documents, along with any applicable timelines.
Rollxo reserves the right to restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts from jurisdictions where required by law, sanctions or licensing constraints. Users located in such jurisdictions may be denied service or required to complete enhanced verification before any activity is permitted.
Rollxo may update this KYC policy from time to time. Where material changes affect the processing of personal data, Rollxo will provide notice in accordance with applicable laws and platform procedures.
